The surprise party, organized by his family at the community room at Lakeland Loving Care Nursing Home, Milford, brought together about 50 relatives, friends and church members from all over,
Some came from as far as Chicago and Indianapolis, to wish him a happy birthday.
Everyone had a great time of fun and fellowship.
His granddaughter, Hannah Rhodes, presented him with a cake.
