NORTH MANCHESTER, IN - The Peabody Retirement Community's Board of Trustees recently elected officers for 2008.

Elected to president was Stephen E. Zahn, Huntington; vice president was Albert J. Schlitt, North Manchester; treasurer, Richard Halderman, Wabash; and secretary, Laurie Hardie, Syracuse.

Established in 1931, Peabody is fully licensed and accredited, and located on 30 developed acres. In addition to the 48 bed Memory Enhancement Center, Peabody also offers 144 long-term beds, 124 assisted living apartments, and 57 cottage homes.
