Dan Spangle (R), service manager at Kerlin Motor Co., congratulates Danny O'Hara on achieving his Advantage U Certification as a Parts Counterperson from Ford Motor Co. O'Hara completed a variety of classes on customer service, parts, professionalism and technical proficiency to meet Ford's stringent new requirements. O'Hara brings many years of customer service experience to the parts department and can be reached from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
