Miles Named Plant Superintendent For Brock Grain Systems

MILFORD - Shayne Miles has been named a plant superintendent for Brock Grain Systems, according to Greg Guthrie, plant manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. Miles' responsibilities in his new position include the management of the flow of product through multiple work centers in the manufacturing process for Brock's steel grain and feed storage bins at the Milford facility.

Miles began his career at CTB in 1984 as a spot welder in the Chore-Time press room, and has held various positions in the company including machine set-up, foreman, group leader and supervisor in CTB's Value Added Processing business unit. He also has experience as a department manager in the Chore-Time shipping and receiving departments.

Miles has an associate's degree in business administration specializing in supervision from Ivy Tech State College, Warsaw. A native of Warsaw, he continues to reside there.[[In-content Ad]]
