Michael Walters Named Vice President of Farmers State Bank

Walters has over twenty seven years of banking and lending experience. A native of Somerset, Kentucky, Walters began his career there in 1981. He moved to Columbia City, Indiana in 1987 with the Farm Credit System.
In 2001 he joined the National City Corporation as Vice President Community Banking and Agricultural Banker.
Walters is a graduate of Berea College in Berea, Kentucky where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture.

Walters and his wife Cami are the parents of five children. They are members of the Main Street United Methodist Church in Peru. Walters is also a member of the Rotary Club.
