Local Attorney To Teach In Ukraine

David C. Kolbe, local attorney, will teach American criminal law at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs in the Ukraine. The Ukraine is an Eastern European country directly to the south and west of Russia. Kolbe will be teaching under the auspices of the Center for International Legal Studies.

Kolbe was selected to represent the Center for International Legal Studies as part of the Senior Lawyer Visiting Professorship. A "senior lawyer" is defined as an individual who has practiced law at least 25 years. More than 130 senior lawyers have taken up appointments in the first two years of the program.

Kolbe previously traveled to the Russian Republic and the Baltic Republic of Estonia in 1992 with Josh McDowell Ministries. In 2003, he traveled to the Republic of Cuba as part of a legal and political delegation with People to People International.[[In-content Ad]]
