KCSS To Host Balance Workshop

The program, developed by the Roybal Center for Enhancement of late-Life Function at boston University and MainHealth’s Partnership for Healthy Aging, is designed to reduce fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle and improve activity levels among older adults.
This program is offered in eight workshop sessions: one time per week, for eight consecutive weeks. The workshop wil begin Aug. 5 at 10 a.m.
Leah Shrock, REAL Services, will conduct the sessions at KCSS Senior Activity Center, 800 N Park Ave., Warsaw.
