Hidlebaugh Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Joseph Hidlebaugh originally was hired at RR Donnelley Oct. 24, 1967, as a rolltender apprentice in the Mattoon, Ill., plant and completed the training to journeyman rolltender in October 1971.

In January 1976, he was promoted to a journeyman multicolor letter press assistant pressman. In September 1970, he relocated to the Gallatin, Tenn., plant as a rolltender, returning to Mattoon, Ill., in November 1980. In March 1983, Hidlebaugh was promoted to assistant pressman and in March 1994, he relocated to Warsaw and was rehired as a material handler in the pressroom. In June 1994, he was promoted to a machine technician. In May 1996 he was promoted to a journeyman rolltender and currently works as a stacker technician.

Joseph and his wife live in Warsaw and they have two sons, Jeremiah and Joel, and one daughter, Kendra who is married and also lives in Warsaw.[[In-content Ad]]
