The team of Marlin Gross and Kim Clark, Warsaw, sales associates with Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, has been recognized as an International President's Circle Team in the Coldwell BankerÆ system. The sales team is known professionally as Gross & Clark.

The membership is limited to the top 34 percent of all two-member sales associates teams nationally qualified. As members of the team, they will be invited to attend the Elite Retreat, a three-day conference held exclusively for the top Coldwell Banker sales associates.

The Gross & Clark team members were recognized for their achievement at the annual Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber Awards Ceremony Jan. 19. The annual event celebrates the achievements of team member and individual sales associates of CBRWG. This year, more than 350 sales associates, brokers and managers attended the event.

Jim Gillespie, president and chief executive of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., said, "Professionals like Gross & Clark are what have made the Coldwell BankerÆ organization a leader in the real estate industry for 100 years. They have been given the Presidents Circle Team Designation in recognition of exceptional performance during one of the hottest years for real estate on record. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of professionals like Gross & Clark, more and more Americans are able to achieve the American dream of home ownership."

Gross and Clark have been realtors in the Warsaw market place for more than 28 combined years. They specialize in helping home sellers achieve a higher sales price in a shorter marketing time.

CBRWG has served the northeast Indiana market for 33 years. Scott Darley, manager of the CBRWG Warsaw office, said, "With the expansion of the Warsaw/Kosciusko office, we can now serve Kosciusko home buyers and sellers with our marketing expertise including the exclusive Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber Home Buyer's Guide, which is circulated monthly to more than 11,000 homes in Kosciusko County and more than 100,000 homes in central and northeast Indiana."[[In-content Ad]]
