The interactive information centers will be located in strategic high-traffic locations such as the Spiece Field House, Fort Wayne International Airport and Grand Wayne Center.
The easy-to-use touchscreen kiosks allow people to learn more about the community, tourist attractions and places to do business in and around Fort Wayne. The interactive kiosks feature pictures, graphics, video, audio, unique animations and printing capabilities.
The Fort Wayne/Allen Country CVB was looking for a company that could provide full service Kiosk manufacturing and programming as well as assist with the design of a program that would benefit the members of the CVB. In addition, the CVB wanted the kiosk to have printing capabilities and to be server based so area hotels and business centers could access the information.
"We are excited about partnering with the Ft. Wayne CVB with our kiosks applications. These are by far the most advanced kiosks we have created" said Christopher Sanchez, VSP Executive Producer.
During the past 12 months, Video and Sound Productions has launched Information Kiosks in Kosciusko, Elkhart, Marshall, Goshen, Fort Wayne and as far south as Florida.
"Promoting our community and our convention members in new ways is what we were looking for and these interactive kiosks are doing it," says Dennis Robinson, Special Projects Manager.
The Fort Wayne CVB plans on launching 24 kiosks in the next three years. The kiosks will be located in and around Fort Wayne.
Video and Sound productions is a multi-media production company located in Warsaw.
