WINONA LAKE - Eagle Creek Farms Market, 802 Park Avenue, held a grand opening June 9 in the Village at Winona.

Eagle Creek carries the highest quality of all natural beef, poultry and pork products along with domestic and imported cheeses, locally grown organic produce and a selection of fines wines and beers.

Owners Carolyn Stoll-Shanklin and her husband Gary Shanklin will carry on the tradition of the Village's long-time deli Vintage France by offering gourmet sandwiches, soups and salads along with their own special dishes.

"All our beef products are guaranteed all-natural, artificial hormone-free, steroid-free, antiobiotic-free raised on grass without chemical fertilizers and finished on grain for good marbeization," said Stoll-Shanklin.

"Our steaks, roasts and burgers are processed at an immaculate government-inspected facility where they are naturally aged and hand-trimmed to our specifications."

Store hours are Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Thursday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.[[In-content Ad]]
