Warsaw graduate Richard Hearn, co-founder and managing director of Crown Partners, Dayton, Ohio, recently announced Crown Partners made the Inc500/5000 List for the third year in a row.

The Inc500/5000 list ranks US privately held businesses by percentage of revenue growth over a trailing three-year period.

A leading provider of Enterprise Information Management platform solutions, Crown Partners helps customers succeed by streamlining and simplifying information-intensive business processes. Crown has been recognized globally for innovative and ground-breaking hybrid software and services.

Hearn was recognized as an Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2007 and 2008.

He also has built companies in the software, consulting and content management industry. His early career included program management, consulting and organizational management roles at Procter and Gamble before advancing into founding positions with several emerging firms.

Companies under his leadership have gained national recognition for growth and innovation including two Hot100 and two Inc500 awards.
