CHICAGO, Ill. - Carlene Cripe, Winona Lake, recently attended Weekenders USA's National Conference, previewing the national rollout of the company's Spring fashions.

The event, held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Feb. 16-18, featured the Weekenders and Joy Collections, showcasing the company's latest fabrics, colors and styles.

Cripe, a fashion coordinator and team leader with the company, said, "To be an attendee at a national launch was one of the most exciting things I've done. And to be one of the first women in the country to see these outfits is fabulous."

She said the season featured romantic looks, trendy retro looks, a classic little black dress and active sportswear. Black and white combos rate high, as do white on white highlighted with a splash of color.

Other highlights of the conference included an educational hands-on Expo, business building workshops and motivational speeches by top sales managers and company executives.
