'60 WHCS Class Met At Richards

The Warsaw High School class of 1960 had a class luncheon at Richard’s Restaurant June 8 at 11 a.m. They had 25 classmates and six guests attend the luncheon.

The next luncheon will be Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. at Richard’s Restuarent.

Those in attendance were: Janice and John Roberts, Shawnee VanKirk, Dave and Carol Garber, Bev Hay, Ken and Eva Perry, Pete and Ada Gross,Steve Bochonok, Nancy Binford, Janice Cox, Alice Ann Troy, Pat Lutes, Millie Schrader, Monte and June Reece, Nancy Holmes, Jim and Joy Hostetler, Marlys Huffman, Sue Wade, Jerry Laurien, Steve and Judy Parsons, Geri and Rick Ralston, Mary Wagner, Susie Huffer and Nancy Dirck.

With two massive wins already under their belt in the early season, the Warsaw girls basketball team returned to the Tiger Den for the home opener against Fort Wayne Snider Thursday night. The Lady Tigers were able to shake off a slow start and explode in the third quarter to remain undefeated with a 74-45 win.
