Lady Tigers Come Back To Claim 37-24 Win At PortagePORTAGE – Warsaw’s Lady Tigers trailed 8-1 after the first quarter, but held Portage to three field goals over the last three quarters and claim a 37-24 road victory in a non-conference basketball game Saturday.
Dayton Groninger hit a trio of three-pointers on her way to a game-high 14 points for Warsaw. Kenzie Welk had nine and Madi Graham added eight for the Lady Tigers.
Warsaw improved to 7-1 and hosts Carroll Wednesday night.
