SYRACUSE – Joyce Marie Selvey, 88, Syracuse, died June 25, 2025, around 2 a.m. at her home.
She was born June 27, 1936, in Winamac, to Donald “Pete” Straw and Grace Thelma Kistler. Joyce married Wilbur Martin Smith in Winamac; he died May 12, 2012. She married William “Bill” Selvey in Syracuse on March 6, 1983.
