Recent court documents reveal more information regarding the Warsaw man who had a standoff with police last week while in possession of a stolen crossbow.
A proposed plea deal has been reached in the case of former Warsaw street superintendent Lacy Francis, according to court documents filed this morning.
County Jail Bookings The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: • 1:08 p.m. Monday – Amber Marie Reed, 36, Goshen, arrested for criminal conversion. No bond set. • 2:02 p.m. Monday – Amanda Meredith Trampski, 33, Michigan City, arrested for battery. Bond: $600. • 2:26 p.m. Monday – Lance Allen Patrick, 34, of 1605 Green Hill Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500. • 3:17 p.m. Monday – Warren James Davies, 34, of 9228 N. Happiness Drive, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of theft. Bond: $11,100. • 7:02 p.m. Monday – Cristain Ivan Angel, 34, Columbia City, arrested for inhaling toxic vapors. Bond: $450.
