• 11:35 p.m. Tuesday - Billy Joe Moore, 63, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:36 a.m. Wednesday - Astor Ray McGarry, 34, of 1315 Gable Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication by drugs. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:26 a.m. April 17 - Intersection of South Peru Road and CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Van hit deer. Driver: Terry L. Smith, 68, North Bonestead Road, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 900N, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: David Diaz, 47, Wayside Court, Warsaw; Michael N. Castro-Rosas, 24, Indian Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 3:44 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 11200 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 7:51 p.m. Tuesday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 6500 block of West CR 850S, Claypool. KCSO.
• 10:51 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3000 block of West Hill Lake Road, Claypool. KCSO.
• 12:10 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for strangulation and residential entry in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:14 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
