• 2:07 p.m. Thursday - Tyler Matthew Crow, 23, of 3349 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $17,500.
• 3:41 p.m. Thursday - Joshua John Hamilton, 42, of 928 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 8:30 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Ray Ruggles, 51, of 4849 E. Lake Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:45 p.m. Thursday - Travis Alan Coday, 35, of 207 East St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 5:35 a.m. Friday - Xavier Tate Hoke, 29, of 502 S. Union St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for placement of prohibited of 911 calls. Bond: $450.

• 6:40 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Columbia and West Market streets, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Jeanette R. Farmer, 65, North Columbia Street, Silver Lake; Adam K. Furry, 30, North Washington Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

With the full Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals present this month, a petition tabled from February for a variance from development standards to allow two lots to be smaller than required in a Residential-2 zoning district received approval by a 4-1 vote Monday.
