• 9:31 p.m. Monday - Angelo Michael Martino, 55, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #58, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 10:20 a.m. Tuesday - Jon William Ashcraft, 40, Elkhart, arrested for felony theft and criminal mischief. Bond: $12,500.
• 10:53 a.m. Wednesday - Millissa M. Reber, 56, of 4268 N. Deer Run, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.
• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - Jennifer Sue Cole, 46, of 4201 N. Westerner Winds Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:20 p.m. Aug. 28 - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Thomas W. Brissee, 58, Minneapolis, Minn.; Patricia M. Kennedy, 59, Lima, Ohio; Dirk D. Ferguson Jr., 46, Chicago. Injuries: Kennedy had a contusion to the abdomen/pelvis; passenger in Kennedy’s vehicle, Madison M. Kennedy, 24, Lima, Ohio, complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for felony domestic battery - bodily waste and interfering in the reporting of a crime in the 100 block of North Acorn Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 9:17 a.m. Tuesday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 300 block of North Stanley Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday - Consumable goods were reported stolen in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:49 p.m. Tuesday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 200 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:49 p.m. Tuesday - A death investigation was opened in the 2100 block of Sally Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:53 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Hosting Fort Wayne Bishop Luers Thursday evening, the Manchester girls soccer team was able to score early and often. The team cruised to a 4-0 win to get within a game of .500.
