• 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - April Marie Espinoza, 31, of 9721 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 6:30 p.m. Wednesday - Kyler James Francis, 18, of 5903 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:54 a.m. Monday - East Old 30, 150 feet west of Old Trail Road, Pierceton. Car went into ditch and hit tree. Driver: Chris L. Rinehart, 44, West Main Street, North Webster. Injury: Rinehart was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:21 p.m. Nov. 14 - Intersection of North CR 700E and East CR 600N, Leesburg. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kaden R. Templeton, 22, East Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw; Andrew M. Franks, 31, Albion. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
