• 9 p.m. Wednesday - Nick Arthur Evans, 61, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #18, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:21 p.m. Wednesday - Taylor Jeffery Caldwell, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:08 a.m. Thursday - Otmar E. Miller, 36, of 2625 E. Durbin St., #102, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:27 a.m. Thursday - Bianca Nicole Rocha, 27, of 9661 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
