• 5:53 p.m. Friday - William Garrett, 32, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and felony failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
• 12:49 a.m. Saturday - Brittany Jean Kitchen, 30, of 743 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 1:03 a.m. Saturday - Tad Joseph Edwards, 34, of 3169 N. Stoneburner Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:18 a.m. Saturday - Charlie Gutierrez Tello, 23, of 8983 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for intimidation and disorderly conduct. Bond: $600.
• 1:31 a.m. Saturday - John Carlos Garcia Jr., 21, of 481 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, making a false identity statement and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,750.
• 2:14 a.m. Saturday - Juan Carlos Reyes, 32, of 866 N. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:01 a.m. Saturday - Hunter Andrew Plinkerd, 24, homeless, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 10:10 a.m. Saturday - Philip Gregory Meade, 72, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:34 p.m. Saturday - Derrick Allen Bain, 30, of 326 N. Lincoln Park, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $7,500.
• 8:12 p.m. Saturday - Daniel Ruiz-Diaz, 40, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #67, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 12:31 a.m. Sunday - Michael Paul Eldridge, 33, Roann, arrested for resisting law enforcement and domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 4:44 p.m. Sunday - Maryellen Marie Stephens, 43, of 7338 W. Justus Stephens Lane, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Incidents
• 10:13 a.m. Friday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1000 block of West CR 700S, Claypool. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11 a.m. Friday - A refrigerator, TV and riding lawn mower were reported stolen in the 10800 block of South CR 750W, Akron. KCSO.
• 12:18 p.m. Friday - A natural death investigation was opened in the 1400 block of West CR 600S, Claypool. KCSO.
• 1:40 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:02 a.m. Saturday - A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:02 a.m. Saturday - Fraud was reported in the 7100 block of South CR 300E, Claypool. KCSO.
• 12:34 p.m. Saturday - A bench warrant was served in the 300 block of North Lincoln Park, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 8:34 p.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 100 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
