Purdue Extension To Hold Identity Theft Seminar

Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Health & Human Science Educator Shannon Shepherd will present “Identity Theft; What’s In Your Bag?” at the Home and Family Arts Building, Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw, on Nov. 20 from noon to 1 p.m.
Identity theft can happen to anyone, but there are some precautions you can take to reduce your risk. This interactive program will make you aware of how much personal information you carry with you every day, provide ways to help prevent or decrease your risk of having your identity stolen, and teach you the steps to take if your identity has been stolen.
If you would like to join the program, pre-register by Wednesday by calling the Extension Office at 574-372-2340 or emailing [email protected]. This program and all programs of the Purdue University Extension Service are open to everyone.
