Syracuse Boy Scouts Hold Back-To-Scouts Round-Up & Info Night

SYRACUSE - Syracuse Boy Scout Troop 728 will hold a back-to-Scouts round-up for returning Scouts and an information night for those interested in becoming Boy Scouts at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26 at the Scout Lodge and Woods, 10433 E. CR 500, a few miles south of Syracuse.
Boys in sixth grade through high school who are interested in joining Boy Scouts, or want to learn more about it, are invited, along with their parents to come to the Scout Woods where they will meet the leaders and troop members and learn more about Scouting. Families are invited to gather around a camp fire in the woods and enjoy free hotdogs and s’mores.
Syracuse Boy Scout Troop 728 meets at 6:30 p.m. every Monday evening throughout the school year at the Scout Lodge and Woods, 10433 E. CR 500. For more information on joining the troop or volunteering, contact Scoutmaster Trevor Ritter at 574-377-6177.
