• 12:18 a.m. Saturday - Phillip Lee Stoll, 45, of 7103 E. U.S. 30, #5, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and confinement. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:46 a.m. Sunday - Daniel H. Mendoza-Moreno, 45, Joliet, Ill., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $15,000.
• 12:04 p.m. Sunday - Ridley Lee Brown, 44, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for felony parole violation, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, theft, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and reckless driving. Bond: $10,250.
• 7:15 p.m. Sunday - Adrian Saloma, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 188, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 8:58 p.m. Sunday - Christina Vir Lynn Couch, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:10 a.m. Monday - Feli Orlando Salinas, 23, of 505 Logan St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $600.
• Noon Monday - Tara Lynn Purvis, 39, Hartford, Ky., arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 7:54 p.m. Thursday - North Ind. 19, Nappanee. SUV-bicyclist collision. Driver: Jonathan W. Davis, 25, McClellan Street, Warsaw. Injury: Bicyclist Aaron E. Miller, 52, West Moore Road, Nappanee, was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:51 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 250N, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Kimberley S. Himelick, 58, Gas City; Jeffrey E. Boggs, 60, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Injury: Himelick complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

At Continued Hearing, Variance For Smaller Lots Approved by Warsaw BZA
With the full Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals present this month, a petition tabled from February for a variance from development standards to allow two lots to be smaller than required in a Residential-2 zoning district received approval by a 4-1 vote Monday.
