Claypool UMC To Hold Sunday School
CLAYPOOL – Claypool United Methodist Church, 302 E. Section St., Claypool, would be happy for you to join them Sunday at 9:30 a.m. for adult and child Sunday school class. The Fellowship Hall has snack and fellowship from 10:10 until 10:30 a.m., when they go to the sanctuary for prayer and praise. On Sunday, they will have a speaker. The ad council will meet on Monday at 7 p.m.
Pastor Dana Yoder‘s minutes of devotion on Facebook will be at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The devotion group meets on Wednesdays at 4:15 until 5 p.m.

God’s Highway To Hold Breakfast
God's Highway To Heaven Church, 555 Weber St., Warsaw, will host all-you-can-eat breakfast on Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m.
Cost for those 10 years and up is $9. Cost for ages 2 to 9 is $4 and ages 2 and under are free. Carry-outs are the same price.
The menu is biscuits and gravy, taters, bacon, sausage links, patties, eggs, apples, coffee, milk and orange juice.

Sacred Heart To Hold Meal
The Sacred Heart Church April community meal will be offered in the gymnasium at Sacred Heart Church, 125 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, on Tuesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. or until food runs out, with the option of coming into the gym to pick up carryout meals.
The meal this month will feature sliced ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce, and a variety of desserts. This month’s dinner is provided and served by Sacred Heart parishioners. There is no charge for the meal. All in the community are welcome.

Good Shepherd To Hold Events
WINONA LAKE – Church of the Good Shepherd, 708 College Ave., Winona Lake, will have Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. and church services at 10:30 a.m.
Pastor Sass's sermon title "Our Father" is taken from Matthew 6: 9-13.
On April 21 after morning church services, there will be a carry-in dinner, sign up at the table if coming and what you will be bringing.

Rep. Sweet To Speak At
Victory Christian Fellowship

NORTH MANCHESTER – State Rep. Lorissa Sweet will share her testimony and give a legislative update followed by a question-and-answer session on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Victory Christian Fellowship, 112 W. Main St., North Manchester. The public is invited.
Sweet is Indiana state representative in District 50. She is a wife, mother and business owner. Information regarding the upcoming Life Wise Academy in North Manchester will also be shared by Russell Reahard.

Atwood Otterbein Spring focus is on John’s Seven Letters to the churches in Revelation

Banning Focusing On
John’s Seven Letters

ATWOOD – Atwood Otterbein Church Pastor David Banning is focusing on John’s seven letters to the churches in Revelation for his Spring sermon series.
His sermons highlight what seems like every church experiences at one level or another at one time or another. The pastor challenges the congregation to be diligent in following what God wants and not be influenced by contemporary teachings. He asks that each consider renewing our commitment to Jesus so we can each experience the fullness and newness of life in Jesus Christ.
The church’s women’s group, Sisterhood in Faith, will be hosting a celebration for the 97th anniversary with a Heritage Day historical displays and luncheon following the service on May 5. In addition, the group has established June 22 as the date of their rummage sale to take place in Fellowship Hall. Funds will be used for local missions.
Sunday services begin at 9:30 a.m. Many gather prior to the service for coffee and fellowship and stay late for snacks and Bible study with Patsianne and Richard Harrold. Burket Bible To Hold Worship
BURKET – Burket Bible Church, 102 Market St., Burket, welcomes everyone to its services. Sunday school starts at 9 a.m. and worship is at 10:15 a.m. The message this week by Pastor Mark Eastway is titled "Love and Obedience" from John 14:15-24. Eastway will sing “How Great Thou Art.”
There is a men's community Bible study each Saturday at Java Jacks in Mentone. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. Study starts at 9 a.m. There will be a women's Bible study at Java Jacks on Saturday. The study is on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 9 a.m.
The church will host bingo at Miller's Merry Manor on Monday at 6 p.m.

AKRON – There's a communitywide men's Bible study group meeting on Saturday mornings at Java Jacks in Mentone. Men from several area churches are participating and all are welcome. Breakfast is at 8 a.m. and the study starts at 9 a.m.
On Sunday, join Beaver Dam Community Church, 9798 W. CR 1000S, Akron, for worship at 9 a.m. or 10:31 a.m. with refreshments served from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
On Monday, the Wheels on Fire meeting is at 6:30 p.m.

Gearhart To Present Message
MENTONE – Mentone United Methodist Church, 116 E. Main St., Mentone, invites the community to join them on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. for worship service. Pastor Emily Gearhart will present the message “We Purify in Hope.”
The church offers an early bird adult Sunday school class at 8:45 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., along with worship service, the church offers Sunday Bible school exploring God’s Amazing Animals for children ages 5 through fifth grade and Wee Kids Worship for ages newborn to 4 years old. Sunday Bible School kids stay in the sanctuary on the first Sunday of each month of Communion.
Feast & Fellowship/Youth is held Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Food, fellowship and fun is available for all ages.
