NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Stephen R Snyder has filed with the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals of Warsaw, Indiana, a petition requesting a Use Variance to the zoning regulations, to wit:
Description of Premises Affected: 4 Yarnelle Point
Description of Action Requested: Allow a Secondary Residential Structure in an R-1
The petition and file on this matter are available for public inspection during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Building and Planning Department in the Engineering Office at 102 S. Buffalo Street in Warsaw, Indiana. A public hearing will be held by said Board of Zoning Appeals on 11/27/2023 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers at the City Hall building, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the general area affected by this petition or an interested party by order of the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals.
