Whitko Twins Commit To Ancilla, Manchester

Twin siblings and Whitko seniors Blake and Brooke Schroeder were surrounded by coaches of past, present and future, friends and family Wednesday afternoon while signing to play their respective sports at the next level. Blake will be playing tennis at Manchester while Brooke heads to Ancilla College to continue her volleyball career. Blake chose to become a Spartan because of the school’s proximity to home as well as its accounting program. Brooke cited the Ancilla’s program love for volleyball as a large factor in her decision. “The support that we’ve been given and gotten from each other has really helped make this whole thing easier,” Brooke said. “It’s definitely bittersweet, because we’ve done everything together,” Blake added.
