The first annual Winter Dance Concert is at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Performing Arts Center auditorium.
The public can support friends and family in Dance Performance I and II classes as the students demonstrate hip hop to contemporary and tap dancing.
For those who love to dance or just want a good chance to perform, all audience members will be invited to join the dancers on stage for the last number, a traditional tap anthem known as the “Shim Sham.”
Admission is free, but donations will be accepted after the performance. In the Christmas spirit of giving, patrons can consider donating a dollar or two that will go toward buying basic costumes and dance shoes for all students interested in taking dance classes.[[In-content Ad]]
