Mauk; Alicia R. Mauk; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Quicken Loans, Inc.; Rock Financial Corporation D/B/A Quicken Loans, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Successor in Interest from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver for Washington Mutual Bank; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of December, 2011, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
