NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing, on a petition remanded back to the Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court #1 Judge (Case Number 08006V - KCBZA, Cause Number 43D01-0803-PL-52), filed by Benjamin Butz requesting a Variance from the Kosciusko County Subdivision Control Ordinance, which would permit the fourth division of a tract of land outside the definition of a subdivision, and to allow this tract of land to accessed by a 50 foot wide easement, on parcel Key # 017-020-003 and 017-020-003 Located at 4873 S. 400 E. Warsaw, Indiana. This hearing will be in the Multi Purpose Room of the Kosciusko County Justice Building, at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on Tuesday the 14th day of October, 2008 at 11:15 A.M.
