A Warsaw woman is facing a sexual misconduct charge after allegedly having a relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

Hannah Marie Miller, 22, of 840 S. Union St., Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 7 p.m. Friday and charged with a Level 4 felony sexual misconduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Feb. 15 in Kosciusko Superior Court I, on Jan. 28 Pierceton police were investigating a suspicious vehicle parked near 110 S. Seventh St., Pierceton.

The vehicle was registered to Miller and appeared to have been involved in a crash. Later that day, police got a phone call from an adult who said Miller was providing a 15-year-old boy with alcohol and having a sexual relationship with him, according to court papers. The adult also reported that Miller was allowing the teen to drive her vehicle even though he doesn’t have a driver’s license.

When police spoke with the juvenile, he admitted to driving the vehicle without a driver’s license and having a sexual relationship with Miller, according to the affidavit. The teen told police several times he had intercourse with her after he consumed alcohol that Miller provided.

When police spoke with Miller, according to court papers, she admitted to everything she was accused of and said the relationship took place in December and January.

Her bond was set at $15,250, and a no-contact order was put in place.
