Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Rob's Carpet Care requesting approval of a Variance from Developmental Standards to allow 2nd Freestanding Sign on Lot in a C-3 on property located at 220 N. Parker St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
