NOTICE  OF HEARING  ON PETITION  FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY

    To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana

    You are hereby notified that on the   day of December  22nd, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's  Hearing  Room,  2nd  floor,  Courthouse, 100 West  Center  Street,  Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Danny L. Reynolds and Lori L. Reynolds for vacation of a portion of Rosella Street in the Revised Plat of Craw's  Addition to Ogden Island within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:

    Part of Rosella Street in the Revised Plat of Crow's Addition to Ogden Island, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of original survey RK-136 "A" completed by J.K. Walker and Associates, P.C., dated October 30, 2020), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    BEGINNING at a 5/8-inch inch pin cupped "Walker" found at the Northwest comer of Lot Number 42 in said Revised Plat of Crow's Addition to Ogden Island; thence N77°-59'-00"E (GPS Grid bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the North line of said Lot Number 42, also being on and along the South line of said Rosella Street, a distance of 13.96 feet to the Southeast corner of said Rosella Street; thence N12°-00'-00"W, on and along the East line of said Rosella Street, a distance of 20.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Rosella Street, said corner also being the Southeast corner of Lot Number 80 in said Revised Plat of Crow's Addition to Ogden Island; thence S77"-59'-00"W, on and along the North line of said Rosella Street, also being on and along the South line of said Lot Number 80, a distance or 17.00 feet to a drill hole found at the Southeast  comer of a certain tract of land recorded in Deed Record 316, page 787 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence S20°-38'-02"E, a distance of 20.23 feet to the point of beginning,  containing 0.007 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.
