    The property has not yet been redeemed. The period of redemption expires July 30, 2019. Anyone can redeem. The amount required to redeem the property is equal to the original certificate amount of $4,309.97 plus interest, costs, and taxes and assessments payable after April 1,2 019. Some redemption proceeds would be paid Jose Guevara. You can call the Auditor's Office at (574) 372-2323 for an exact amount or read I.C. 6-1.1-24-5(e) and I.C. 6-1.1-24-6.1.
