    TO: Melissa Lynn McNeely, a person whose whereabouts is unknown.

    On June 4, 2021 at 8:30 am in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Court will hold a hearing to determine whether a commissioner should be appointed to sign on behalf of Melissa Lynn McNeely a certificate of title to a 1997 Fairmont Homes, Inc. Kingsley Model Mobile Home with VIN #MY97104639K to transfer said title from the joint names of Joseph E. McNeely and Melissa McNeely to sole title of the name of Joseph E. McNeely. A copy of the petition requesting appointment of a commissioner is available from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court.

    You have the right to attend the hearing and oppose the petition. You may file your objection t any time prior to or at the hearing. The Court may, on its own motion or on request of any interested person, ,postpone the hearing to another date and time. The court may determine in your absence whether a commissioner shall be appointed and may grant the relief being sought by the Respondent.
