    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D04-2206-MF-000040 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Kass E. Nicodemus and Chealsy L. Poulsen, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of April, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered 22 Section A-1-A and Boat Lot Numbered 22B in Section A-1-A in Enchanted Hills Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 14 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
