NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1610-MF-000146 wherein Citibank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Deborah L. Kelly a/k/a Deborah Lou Kelly a/k/a Deborah Lou Rose, Radiology, Inc., Target National Bank, N.E.W. Plumbing and Heating, Inc., Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, LVNV Funding LLC, Citibank, N.A., Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. and Gene Kelly were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of February, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
