NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1711-MF-000121 wherein RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation was Plaintiff, and Michael A. Chew; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th  day of February, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
