NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1909-MF-000113, wherein Newrez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing f/k/a New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage, was Plaintiff, and Ericka E. Haynes, et al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of March 2020, at the hour of 10:00 A.M, or as soon thereafter as is possible, 221 W. Main Street, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Property is situated in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is described as follows:

    Commencing at the Southeast quarter of said Northeast Quarter, thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along the East line of said Northeast quarter, a distance of 612.5 feet to a P.K. nail at the true point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along said East line, being within the right-of-way of State Road Number 15, a distance of 179.0 feet to a P.K. nail; thence North 88 degrees 20 minutes West, a distance of 495.0 feet to an iron pipe found on the East line of the Second Addition to Courtland Park, as recorded in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South 01 degree 56 minutes 40 seconds East, on and along said East line, a distance of 122.2 feet to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of said Second Addition to Courtland Park; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 56.98 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 20 minutes East, a distance of 491.05 feet to the true point of beginning.
