    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1810-MF-000109, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Thomas F. McGee, III, was the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day o May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
