    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior / Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1810-MF-000101 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Daniel S.
