    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-1809-MF-000100 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Dawn Judd, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Richard Campbell Sr., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th  day of  May, 2019 at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
