NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1809-MF-000092 wherein MTGLQ Investors, L.P. was Plaintiff, and Richard C. Firestone, AKA Richard Firestone, Town of Syracuse, John Firestone, as heir to the Estate of Lawrence L. Firestone, Robert L. Firestone, Janice S. Freel, Vickie J. Hoover, The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Velva B. Firestone and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Velva B. Firestone and John S. Firestone were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A triangular tract or parcel of land situate in the North part of Syracuse in said County and State and more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Six (6) in Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range seven (7) East, and running thence West Four Hundred-Seventy eight feet (478) to the centerline of Huntington Street; thence running South thirty two and one half (32 1/2) degrees East on the centerline of said street eight hundred ten (810) feet to the quarter section line of said Section; thence North seven hundred forty-two (742) feet on said quarter section line to the place of beginning, containing three (3) acres, more or less. The foregoing description is supposed to be the same as that description given in a Warranty Deed to same grantee herein this date.

    Commencing at the N.E. corner of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section #6, T. 34 N. of R.7 E. of the 2nd Principal Meridian, thence S. 89 degrees and 15 minutes W. along the North line of said S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. #6 480 feet more or less to the center line of Huntington St., thence S. 32 degrees and 30 minutes E. along said center line 132.1 feet, thence N. 89 degrees and 15 minutes E. 412 feet more or less to the east line of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. #6, thence N. 45 minutes W. 111.5 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 1.14 plus acres.

    Commencing on the east line of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of section #6, T.34 N. of R.7 E of the 2nd Principal Meridian, south 45 minutes east 111.5 feet from the northeast corner thereof, thence S. 89 degrees and 15 minutes W. on a line parallel with the north line of said S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. 6 – 412 feet more or less to the center line of Huntington St. Thence S. 32 degrees and 30 minutes E. along said center line 59.2 feet, thence N. 89 degrees and 15 minutes E. 380 feet more or less to the east line of said S.W. 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. #6. Thence N. 45 minutes W. along said east line 50 feet to the place of beginning.

    Containing 43/100 plus of an acre.

    Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 7 East; thence South 45' West 221.5 feet; thence South 89° 15' West 100 feet as a point of beginning for this description; thence South 45' West a distance of 60 feet; thence South 89° 15' West a distance of 193 feet more or less, to the center of Huntington Street, in the Town of Syracuse; thence North 32° 30' West a distance of 72 feet 10 inches, more or less, to a point in Huntington Street, 236 feet, more or less, South 89° 15' West of the point of beginning; thence North 89°15' East, a distance of 236 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

    A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more accurately described as follows:

    Beginning at an iron pipe 393.5 feet South 0 degrees 1 minute West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said section; thence South 0 degrees 1 minute West 347.7 feet to the centerline of Huntington Street; thence North 33 degrees 45 minutes West along said centerline 292.0 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 4 minutes East 193.6 feet to the place of beginning.

    Beginning at a railroad iron post located South 00 degrees 01 minutes West 161.50 feet (record bearing and distance) from the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; thence continuing South 00 degrees 01 minutes West 95.70 feet along the West right-of -way of Branch Street to a ? inch iron rod; thence South 74 degrees 19 minutes West 102.95 feet to a ? inch iron rod in concrete marking the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Richard L.     Beginning at a railroad iron post located South 00 degrees 01 minutes West 161.50 feet (record bearing and distance) from the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; thence continuing South 00 degrees 01 minute West 95.79 feet along the West right-of-way of Branch Street to a 1/2 inch iron rod in concrete; thence South 74 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds West 103.37 feet to a ? inch iron rod in concrete marking the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Richard L. Timmons and Jayne M. Timmons as shown by deed recorded in Deed Record 216, page 448; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 37 seconds West 119.88 feet (North 00 degrees 45 minutes East 120 feet record) along the East line of said tract described in Deed Record 216, page 448 to a 1/2 inch iron rod in concrete; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 09 seconds East 100 feet to the point of beginning.
