NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43C01-1808-MF-000084 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Christopher A. Peterson and Lisa D. Peterson a/k/a Lisa Denise Wight, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, 2nd P.M., Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, further described as follows: Beginning at a "mag" nail w/washer on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, 2nd P.M., said point being North 00 degrees 13 minutes 32 seconds East (North 00 degrees 13 minutes 32 seconds West per deed record) 335.41 feet from a 5/8 inch rebar marking the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 16, said point of beginning also being the Southeast corner of a tract of land described in a warranty deed filed in the Kosciusko County Recorder's Office as Document Number 2002-10-0442; thence North 87 degrees 04 minutes 03 seconds West along the South line of said Document Number 2002-10-0442 tract, 188.33 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron rebar marking the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 32 seconds East along the West line of said tract (and being parallel with the East line of said Southwest Quarter), 234.35 feet to a 5/8 inch capped iron rebar; thence South 85 degrees 44 minutes 46 seconds East 188.59 feet to a "mag" nail w/washer on the East line of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 32 seconds West along said East line, 230.00 feet to the point of beginning.
