    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1907-MF-000080 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in Its Individual Capacity but Solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT was Plaintiff, and Rebecca B. VantHoff; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; State of Indiana - Department of Revenue; Warsaw Health Systems, LLC d/b/a Kosciusko Community Hospital; and Any Unknown Occupants, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on October 26, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible on zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
