NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-1807-MF-000071 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Thomas Wroblewski and Sonya Wroblewski, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of January, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Tract I: A tract of land with a recorded legal description as follows(said description being recorded in Deed Record 237, page 134, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana), to-wit: Commencing 37 rods and 3 feet due South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Fractional Lot in Section 10, Township 33 North, Range 7 East; thence East 10 rods: thence South 4 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence North to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom 66 feet of equal width off of the entire East side thereof. The above described tract of land, also being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a pipe found on the East line of East Street in the Town of North Webster, Indiana, at a point situate 37 rods and 3 feet (613.5 feet) South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Fractional Lot in Section 10, Township 33 North, Rage 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence Easterly, on and along a line parallel to and 132.0 feet South of the South line of Washington Street in said Town, a distance of 99.0 feet; thence Southerly, by an interior angel of 89°45', on and along a line parallel to the East line of said East Street, a distance of 66.0 feet; thence Westerly, by an interior angle of 90°15' and parallel to the South line of Washington Street, a distance of 99.0 feet to a point on the East line of said East Street; thence North, by an interior angle of 89°45', on and along the East line of said East Street, a distance of 66.0 feet to the point of beginning. Tract II: Commencing at a pipe found on the East line of East Street in the North Webster, Indiana, at a point situated 37 rods and 3 feet (613.5 feet) South of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Fractional Lot in Section 10, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence Easterly, on and along a line parallel to and 132.0 feet South of the South line of Washington Street in said Town, a distance of 99.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing Easterly, on and along the last described course, a distance of 16.5 feet; thence Southerly, by an interior angle of 89°45', on and along a line parallel to the East line of said East Street, a distance of 66.0 feet; thence Westerly, by an interior angle of 90°15' and parallel to the South line of said Washington Street, a distance of 16.5 feet; thence Northerly, by an interior angle of 89°45', on and along a line parallel to the East line of said East Street, a distance of 66.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
