    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2112-MF-000043 wherein Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-4 was Plaintiff, and Gary D. McGillem; Vicky L. McGillem; SAC Finance, Inc.; Communitywide Federal Credit Union; Allied Physicians, Inc., D/B/A Fort Wayne Neurosurgery; LJR Investments, LLC A/K/A LJR LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th  day of July, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
