NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2012-MF-000040 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Alan Lee Buck was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of July, 2021 at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows: A tract in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range 7 East and more particularly described as follows: Commencing 14 rods and 3 feet East and 15 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range 7 East as a point of beginning; thence East 4 rods; thence South 8 rods; thence West 4 rods; thence North 8 rods to the point of beginning.
